Goldlands Restoration was founded on the belief that economic activity and environmental stewardship can and must coexist. We are a team of engineers, scientists, community leaders, and business strategists united by a single purpose: to reverse the environmental damage caused by unregulated mining in Ghana and turn scarred landscapes into sources of sustainable prosperity. Founder & Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
As CEO, Seth provides the vision and strategic direction for Goldlands Restoration, guiding the mission to heal Ghana's lands with a focus on sustainable and ethical practices.
Chief Environmental and Science Officer (CESO)
Emmanuel leads our environmental and scientific strategy, ensuring all reclamation projects are grounded in rigorous data, innovative research, and best practices for ecological restoration.
Chief Operations Officer
John leads our operational strategy, ensuring that all reclamation projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of quality and environmental compliance.
VP, Partnerships and Grants
Ray is responsible for building strategic partnerships and securing the necessary funding to scale our impact, connecting our mission with global supporters and stakeholders.
Country Director, Ghana
Sam oversees all in-country operations in Ghana, managing local teams and ensuring our projects align with community needs and national environmental goals.
Project Director
Caleb directs our on-the-ground reclamation projects, from initial assessment to final restoration, ensuring timelines and objectives are met effectively.
Head of Ecosystem Restoration
Michael leads the scientific approach to our restoration efforts, specializing in soil health, water quality, and revegetation to rebuild resilient ecosystems.
GIS/Digital Monitoring Specialist
Stanley leverages technology, including GIS and satellite data, to monitor our project sites, track progress, and provide critical data for our reclamation strategies.
