Seth Wiafe is the visionary founder and CEO of Goldlands Restoration LLC, an environmental restoration company driving sustainable transformation across Ghana’s post-mining landscapes. With over a decade of experience in digital transformation, infrastructure strategy, and ESG-driven innovation, Seth leads the company’s global mission to turn degraded land into ecological and economic opportunity.

He combines expertise in data analytics, climate finance, and systems integration to develop scalable models for reclamation, carbon credit generation, and community development. Under his leadership, Goldlands is pioneering a Public-Private Partnership approach that aligns land restoration with Ghana’s national environmental goals and global climate targets.

Seth’s vision is to position Goldlands as a leader in nature-based solutions for Africa. He is a recognized advocate for regenerative development and inclusive green economies, and actively builds the international partnerships needed to bring this vision to life.

Education & Background

Seth holds an MBA in Business Analytics & Project Management from the University of Connecticut and has completed executive studies at Harvard Business School, providing him with a strong foundation in both business strategy and data-driven decision-making.
